Camps and Workshops

Whether it is Spring Break, Summer Camp, or Christmas Holidays we are able to entertain and help you educate your group with fun, hands-on Workshops. Some offerings are:

  • Mini-Clown Camp: We introduce the types of clowns, types of makeup and costumes clowns wear, and we allow them to choose a clown name and put their own clown makeup on (with our assistance, of course!) The one hour workshop (for up to 25 children) also allows them time to juggle, spin plates, walk the tightrope, and get inside our special Clown Car as a group for a digital picture that is emailed to the school to help your parents know what a special place they have their children! How many clowns CAN YOU FIT into a clown car?!
  • Facepainting Workshop: Many children are accustomed to having their faces painted but not many of them have the opportunity to experience the facepaint medium, feel of the brush, and the human face as a canvas. We bring the paints, mirrors, books, and everything else to allow them to facepaint each other in an organized, fun, educational way. The one hour workshop can accommodate up to 25 "little artists."
  • Magic Workshop: A REAL Magician will spend a full hour demonstrating and teaching the art of simple magic tricks to your aspiring magicians! He will bring simple objects and printed handouts to help each child build a magic kit to take home. They will enjoy sharing their newly acquired skill with their parents and friends! The one hour workshop can accommodate up to 25 children.
  • Balloon Workshop: Did you ever wonder how those long, skinny balloons can endure such bending and twisting to transform them into interesting and fun creations? Now is the chance for your children to learn to make several simple balloon sculptures to take home. Our one hour balloon workshop can accommodate up to 25 school age children, and just may inspire them to get a balloon kit of their own! This class will help memory, dexterity and creativity.
  • Mad Science Interactive Learning Show: Our own "Mad Scientist" will guide the children through a full hour of fun, allowing them to take part in experiments about static electricity, air flow, hovering a ping-pong ball and balloons in mid-air, centrifugal force, and planets. The show often includes a guest appearance by a REAL Rocket Scientist. The show concludes with the children each making their own "goop" to take home.
